About the Role :

The After School Coordinator manages the care and activities for children in the after-school program.

What you'll be doing :

• Curriculum Implementation: Deliver the after-school curriculum as trained, ensuring engaging and age-appropriate activities for all groups.

• Classroom Management: Maintain a structured, safe, and stimulating environment for children, managing behavior effectively and ensuring a positive atmosphere.

• Activity Oversight: Organize and supervise pre-play equipment and activities, ensuring they are safe, engaging, and suitable for the age group.

• Nutritional Care: Ensure that children receive timely and nutritious snacks or meals, adhering to dietary guidelines and schedules.

• Developmental Support: Monitor and support children’s social, emotional, and academic development through targeted activities and interactions.

• Health and Safety: Enforce health and safety protocols, ensuring a clean and secure environment for children.

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and children’s progress.
