About the Role :

The Play/Pre-School Facilitator is responsible for delivering the curriculum effectively, managing the classroom environment, and organizing pre-play activities. They ensure timely provision of meals and snacks, support child development, and maintain safety standards. The role involves regular communication with parents, addressing and collaborating with staff to provide a cohesive and engaging educational experience.

What you'll be doing :

• Curriculum Delivery: Implement the curriculum as trained across all groups, ensuring consistency and adherence to educational goals.

• Classroom Management: Maintain an engaging, orderly, and safe classroom environment.

• Activity Coordination: Oversee and organize pre-play equipment and activities, ensuring they are age-appropriate and engaging.

• Nutritional Care: Ensure timely provision of food and snacks to children.

• Parental Communication: Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress and any relevant updates.

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of children’s progress, attendance, and any incidents.

• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other staff members to enhance the overall learning experience and ensure a cohesive approach to education.
