Kanchana Paati – My Grandma’s Place is extending its services to more locations through a Women Entrepreneur Franchisee Model after perfecting the systems, processes, policies, practices in our multi location company owned and operated centers for 7 years.
Our Mission is to create, guide and mature successful women entrepreneurs.
The women entrepreneur should

Be a positive, energetic, smart person with good communication skills.

Enjoy being with children, feel excited in guiding and grooming them.

Have their own property or have a property on long lease.

Be willing to dedicate 8 working hours Monday to Friday and 4 hours on Saturdays. Either straight 8 hours or split 8 hours timing in the morning and evening.
Kanchana Paati Will

Provide them with content, Curriculum for Crèche, Day Care, Play Group, Pre School, After School and Activity Center.

Give them monthly food plan with quantity budgets per child with brand of food items.

Provide operations manual and maintenance schedules for proper management of centers and hygiene.

Provide corporate marketing support Corporate tie – ups, Listing in websites, Google ads, Media Coverage, Search engine optimization, Creatives for signage, posters, banners, fliers.

Training on – Content, Curriculum Delivery for Crèche, Play Group, Pre School, After School Enrichment Program, Operations, Customer Acquisition, HR, Finance, Customer care, Guidance in issue resolution.

Corporate team visits for Quality Audits.
A partner centre will be treated in par with our Company Owned Company Operated centres.
